You'll need to collect 700 Marks of Halisha in the Shrine of Loyalty area.

No quests needed.

To obtain Halisha's Marks, you must be level 75 or higher and have your second class.

Acquire Halisha's Marks by defeating the following mobs: Grave Scarab, Scavenger Ant, Shrine Guard, and Shrine Knight.

You can farm a maximum of 700 items.

It's not cumulative.

All members of a party receive the items simultaneously.
